Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Inspector to help maintain our high standards across cabins and tiny homes. This role combines inspections, operational support, basic troubleshooting, and guest readiness tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed check-in and cleanliness inspections
- Inspect inventory, supplies, and guest-ready presentation
- Identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Follow up on guest complaints and detractor issues
- Assist with laundry operations as needed
- Replace propane tanks, light bulbs, batteries, and reset breakers/devices
- Support seasonal setups, deliveries, and operational tasks
- Use Breezeway and other software tools effectively
Qualifications
- Housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with basic troubleshooting
- Dependable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with Sevierville/Gatlinburg area preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17/hr + mileage reimbursement
- 30–40 hours per week based on business needs
